Project: Clackamas County Public Health - Mobile Health Services Collaborative

In collaboration with Common Thread Consulting and Clackamas County Public Health, I have helped create and nurture a countywide space where mobile-service organizations can convene, share learning, troubleshoot needs, and plan how to braid time and resources. I design and facilitate in‑person and virtual gatherings, and have built shared infrastructure, including onboarding materials, bilingual issue briefs, a public-facing calendar, and an inventory spreadsheet to make coordination easy and reduce barriers to participation. Together, these tools and spaces have strengthened relationships and collective problem-solving across the network.

Project: The 2025 ORIMHA Member Survey - Oregon Infant Mental Health Association (ORIMHA)

Under the leadership of Common Thread Consulting, LLC, I partnered with Prechtel Consulting to develop and launch a statewide member survey for the Oregon Infant Mental Health Association (ORIMHA). Together, we designed a comprehensive instrument to measure workforce wellbeing, training needs, and service distribution across Oregon, utilizing an adapted ProQOL scale to specifically assess practitioner wellness. I supported the technical distribution and data collection process, ultimately synthesizing the results into a strategic Executive Report. These findings provided ORIMHA with a data-driven roadmap and prioritized recommendations to better support the professionals serving children and families across the state.

Project: 2024 Nicotine Policy Community Readiness Assessment - Josephine County Prevention & Treatment Services

In collaboration with Prechtel Consulting, I co-developed a community readiness framework for Josephine County to assess the landscape for nicotine policy reform. This project involved creating a custom survey and interview protocol to capture demographic data and community priorities. I oversaw the distribution and collection of data through Google Forms, ultimately distilling complex community feedback into a synthesized report of prioritized recommendations. These efforts created a data-driven roadmap for Josephine County, helping local leaders navigate community attitudes and plan for sustainable public health policy changes.
